Has anybody searched into who is behind the"American Carbon Registry?"
I did a quick and dirty search and here is what I found:

Some of ACR's founding members include EDR and the World Bank (which was created from FDR's communist infested admin).

ACR is "an enterprise of Winrock International."

Winrock International "Our People" says "By linking local individuals and communities with new ideas and technology, Winrock is increasing long-term productivity, equity, and responsible resource management to benefit the poor and disadvantaged of the world."

Who are some of the members listed as staff. directors, etc over at Winrock?
A few with ties to the Rockerfellers and one who is president President/CEO of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Little Rock, AR. which I'm sure gives us objective reporting on climate change...

Sharpton is a pathetic human being. He reminds me of the south end of a donkey, complete with the spewing crap (that he could use for another T. Brawley stunt).

It's could get really worse in California if Proposition 23 loses. Proposition 23 puts AB32 on hold until our unemployment rate drops to around 5.5%. As of this writing, prop 23 is losing.

Meanwhile, the CA government and the ARB are trying to get a REDD type program integrated into AB32. REDD is a scheme where high CO2 emitters can pay countries with large areas of forests to store our carbon. In other words, part of our higher fuel costs will be sent (redistributed) to foreign countries with large areas of forests to store our carbon, we'll be getting poorer and losing more jobs while we enrich other nations.

Gotta love how our own politicians have the interests of foreign nations over America.

We can 'return the favor' by not recycling our waste products. Much of these products end up in China where they build things with it to sell to us. If we recycled less, they'd get less materials and their exports to us would cost more resulting in us buying less of their crap.

We can also make sure we don't buy China made products.

Hmmm, so the anti-communist died in a plane crash in Russia? This sort of reminds me of the US congressman, Larry McDonald, who was on the airliner that got shot down by the Russians after it allegedly drifted in USSR airspace.

Prior to him being killed on the plane, he was on crossfire and mentioned some pretty wild things including talking a little about the book Tragedy and Hope."
