Last time I checked, as long as no actual names were used there's no case for defamation, and since they didnt actually obtain the details of the content online then its not cyberstalking. Sounds like some cops got their little feelings hurt. The judge who went along with this absurdity is an embarrassment to the bench. If they thought they were being picked on before, now that it's out in national media they had better be prepared to become the next Reno 911 parody.

I dont dispute this gentleman is a Christian, but he clearly doesn't represent any credible Christian denomination nor America. It's unfortunate that he can slap a cross on a warehouse, call it a church, and create the perception to the islamic world that he somehow embodies all American Christian values.

You make a good point though. Obama was quick to defend the rights of the proposed mosque in NYC, which most Americans find offensive, and then condemns this mans right to free speech because muslims find it offensive. I wonder whose president he thinks he is.

Because they're not stating the facts of what they believe in. They're selectively choosing which aspects to misrepresent for comic effect.
