Ahh the expert theory of science. Science as ratified not by demonstrably accurate predictive results but rather by acclamation of politically-appointed self-proclaimed "experts"

I thought we ditched this theory of science when we left the dark ages behind us about 600 years ago.

You are an example of why this country is in deep trouble. I do not like Jeffry Immelt because he is a socialist (a Democrat) However you have never seen his income tax return and have no idea of what he pays in taxes; it is not a public record. I suspect he pays a lot.

If you had a brain you would unndestand the corporations and their CEOs file completely different returns and the tax laws are in no way related.

Lets see, the "responsible" thing for any politician to do is to borrow money for future generations to pay back in order to provide high paying jobs with fantastic pensions to people who produce nothing (government union "workers") .

All this in return for the services of government union thugs who bill the taxpayer for "union dues" (the politician bribery fund) in order to keep the regime in power.

Why are marines still storming beaches? This was a lousy tactic in WW-II and makes as much sense as mounting cavalry charges against machine guns (as our brilliant career military minds did during WW-I)

Now while I admit that I have not attended the Naval Academy to learn the fine art of beach storming why not just seal the nation off where it makes contact with the rest of the world. Marines dying on beaches by the tens of thousands is so old hat.
