Wow! Is this really a NEWS Story? I think its quite funny...and he was quite DRUNK! But it's Iowa City, I doubt this is the first time someone drunk pi**ed on something and I doubt this is the worst thing that they have seen! So WHY IS THIS A NEWS STORY???

ok i see your point. yes "the particular gentle man" could cause an accident, it could happen! but that's why actual "drivers" of motor vehicles have "drivers" license. they are more likely to harm others. where as the bicyclist that is more likely to harm himself. also if the high school bus driver returning from the scholastic event was driving according to his drivers license manual then his eyes might be on the road at all times and he would be going the speed limit and he might just hit the dumba** drunken biker instead of rolling the bus and killing the kids. or MAYBE a mommy duck with her 5 lil ducklings decide to cross the road at 11:30pm and the bus driver tries to miss them.............you look at the picture!
I agree! See it all the time and the sad thing is most of these babies don't have a chance from the day they are born. They grow up exposed to the worst imaginable, like abuse, drugs, etc. Then when they grow up as criminals, or drug addicts, or whatever, WE (or should i say people like the ones that run their mouths commenting on this website judging people and acting like they know it all) just blame it on their race or something and hate on them.....when you could put all that evil energy up your A** and make a positive difference in someones life!
