I've iphone 3gs ios 4.2.1, baseband 6.15.00, last four numbers of serial number 53NP. I haven't saved any shsh blobs, now I want to upgrade to ios 5 and also want to get siri completely activated. windows!!! any suggestions

if you need GPS, I'll suggest you not to use iPab BB, because there is no way to get GPS back, think what you really need,
1-An expensive iPod with GPS
2-An iPhone without GPS

you have to choose one thing, googd luck

yes you can preserve your ultrasn0w compatible baseband by using MAC by using cutom IPSW, and you will surely get unlock, read the post, everything is mentioned there.

he has mentioned there that he has tried recoveryfix, so i suggested that, because it worked for me, i had my phone dead for 2 days, and this was the thing that worked for me, but i didn't want jailbreak, I'll try my best to be more accurate next time, thanks for the advice, I'm back on the blog after about 10 months, so trying to know what i really need here
