Thank you ross. I got the election result wrong with a prediction of a Conservative majority of 80-90. But I did win a personal bet with someone who predicted 100 plus.
I do have interesting 7 month old bets on Theresa May going from office in 2018 and Amber Rudd taking over.
The only good news is one in the eye for Sturgeon in Scotland!
Enjoy your politics Ross.

Gavin Barwell has been appointed Chief of Staff. He is clever, populat, hard working and decent.
But he is just not tough enough for this job at this time.
His appointment is another error from Mrs. May and will ensure her imminent political demise.

Abbott was hilarious in claiming that she used to work in the Home Office so knew how it worked !
She was a graduate trainee for 3years . So age about 22-25 about 30 plus years ago.
She went on lots of courses, made the coffee, crept to senior bods in an organisation which had probably just acquired its first computer.
She will soon be claiming that her attendance at The Nottinghill Carnival makes her a candidate for the Jamaican Bobsleigh Team !

Ruth Davidson goes from strength to strength. She may be the next woman PM in about a decade.
We have come so far that her sexuality is politically irrelevant. It is her political acumen and her character make her a great politician.
She is right in her analysis of ISIS.

We have had :
1 a glowing start
2 a "care" wobble
3 a terrorist freeze
We are now on the final lap but not in the finishing strait.
My money is on Mrs. May returning a majority of 80-90 and the LibDems winning about 30 seats.
Not long to go ..

Then the voters have a clear choice between manifestos and between the people who will deliver them. We are in for a democratic election. May the best woman win !

"train crash", "dog's breakfast"-
We will all have to wait and see how things steadily progress. Mrs. May is the right leader for the job of delivering a sensible Brexit.

Mrs. May cannot implement t any policies until she is elected to office so there is no danger of her implementing policies "we" don't want if "we" means the voters.
One important policy of course is Brexit which Mrs. May will be well placed to implement if she wins a strong mandate.
She will also be able to deal with the aftermath of the Manchester bombing.
There is also the matter of The Economy.
Who on earth could trust Corbyn and his policies on these vital three areas of government ?
Brexit
Terrorism
Economy.

Well they will have to face the fact that Mrs. May is fighting on her Conservative manifesto.
They are free to vote for Nuttall, Corbyn or Farron if they think that any of them will provide decent Government.

I am indeed loyal until I have reason not to be loyal.
I supported Cameron until he came back from Europe with his "this is a great deal " guff.
I currently support, admire and respect Mrs. May.
I want her to win a great majority.
I am a Conservative,
