My household already composts(use in our garden),recycles and uses a small trash can.This nothing more then another way to suck money from all of us.They make money from selling all the recycleables you set out every week and now they will make money from selling the compost to" landscapers and other agricultural" users.Any Hint of Taxs breaks for embracing this program and providing the City with additional revenue?..nope. Oh,BTW K2..the pic posted with this article shows a wine cork smack dab in the middle,one of the items that are listed in the "Leave it out" of the compost guidelines.

Totally agree, its sick enough to have THOUGHTS of molesting a child,but to take the next step and ACT on those thoughts,only therapy that will work on people like this is rapid lead poising. Double tap comes to mind.
