Yes, I'm one of those right-wing racist nutcases the left loves to spew hatred about. I still ask where the love and understanding is for those of us who disagree with their Gestapo fascist tactics? Oh wait, now I remember, that's only if you AGREE with their Gestapo fascist tactics that you feel the love. As for Letterman's "jokes" about the Governor.. I guarantee that if he had made such sexually explicit jokes about my daughter (who is 32 and not 14, but age would not be the issue to me), I'd be IN New York City, ON his show, and he WOULD apologize to my face!!! and he would at MINIMUM be made to take a vacation for no less than a week nor more than a month. And then when the show was over and I was sure the cameras were off, I'd deck his a$$ right to the floor and see if I couldn't break a few more teeth and his jaw !! I may have arthritis in my hands, but I'd feel no pain when i knocked out his lights! Then when he's down on the floor I'd kick him in the nutz so hard he wouldn't be able to sit down for a week, much less think about making sex jokes again. And when the left wing loonies finish their daily intake of koolaid and start griping about his injuries, I'll be so proud to confess that I gave him his due, and will be very happy to let the world know what a moronic jack-ass he is to let a little old lady beat the crap out of him. Yep, I'd get way more than 15 minutes of fame and a few months in jail out of it, I'd get the satisfaction of having defended my child and myself, regardless of what the loons on the left thought about it. Hey, jail ain't so bad from what i hear, 3 free meals a day, no taxes, free clothes, room and board, tv, computers, A/C or Heat 24/7, no bills to pay! As for the current situation, i did write emails to every one of Letterman's sponsors, and i received letters back from two of them, Lexus and Proctor & Gamble. Both said thank you for your 'concerns', but they will not pull their advertising just because of a 'bad joke'. So I wrote them back and said no problem, expect a boycot of your products for a very long time by nearly every woman and a whole lot of men in this country who don't agree that it was only a bad joke. See how that works out for ya. Haven't heard back from them, but then, haven't seen a lot of their advertising on the Late Show either. Hmm, could it be mine wasn't the only letter that was sent?
