The server is not paid/tipped for "...for handing [you] a beer or plate of food." They EARN their money by PUTTING UP WITH YOU! And cleaning up your sh@* when you're gone.

A restaurant server only makes minimum wage when waiting on a liberal.

Servers always were the most motivated of my employees. This was the one position in which the employee worked for the customer, not for me.

Dirty secret: The only reason restaurants are required to pay ANY wage to supplement tip income is so that there will be a fund from which to withhold payroll taxes. Servers in the restaurant I once operated regularly drew bi-weekly payroll checks of less than $2.00. And I suspect that most of them made more than I did. But we don't dare trust people to accurately report tips and pay of their own accord.

We must SEIZE the children in order to protect them from their parents. Kinda reminds me of how Janet Reno saved the children at Waco. But they've scientifically proved that distrust of government is a mental disorder. And people who like the Constitution are terrorists.

Roseanne has not had a single successful project since she dumped Tom Arnold. Who knew he was the brainer of the two?!?

I think that you will find that, in this case, the Constitution is on the side the property owners and the event organizers. Kobayashi was trespassing and disrupting the event. This is not a right. He disobeyed the lawful orders the police officers. Never a good idea. Had he complied with the wishes of the event organizers he would not have been arrested. If he had not disrupted the event, he would not have been arrested. HE was the one who pushed it to the point that he had to be carried out. Again, not a right. But his actual applicable rights were protected: The force required was used, not excessive force (try his stunt in China, then whine about "rights"). Should the decision be made to actually prosecute instead of releasing after moving him from the scene, he will be given a lawyer, he will be arraigned in a court where probable cause will be presented (looks like they've got plenty). He will be given a chance to enter a plea, and to present evidence and arguments on his behalf.

The Military are great at what they do, but they are not peace officers. They are, if fact, lousy as peace officers. There are reasons for the Posse Comitatus Act. Four dead in Ohio.

If only we could irradiate food in this country. Of course, government school graduates think this would lead to giant mutant veggies rampaging through our cities. So people die. At least our streets are safe from monster carrots.

Penn's a journalist. But Fox News isn't journalism. Got it!
