Actually, it's not Medieval at all....

But to the point, I find it interesting that you choose Christianity as your protagonist. Of the major religions, can you find one more tolerant?

Because calling it marriage would be forcing their views on a group that rejects gay marriage. I'm starting to think that you're not interested in equality, but more interested in the destruction of a religious institution.

I've read America B.C. by the late Barry Fell and it's an outstanding book that focuses on this subject.

Yet you can't proclaim tyranny of the majority to forward an agenda that many believe is criminal. Take abortion as an example. Do you want partial birth abortion legal so that the unreasonable minority of people who support it are protected? Where do you draw the line? When are the majority protected?

"The federal government not being able to do its job is not a reason for thousands of Louisianians to lose their jobs," Jindal said.

Well said! I can't help but feel that Obama is trying to cripple any presidential aspirations that Jindal may have. This is who Obama is to me - someone who puts his personal interests before his countries.

I disagree. I think it's the other way around. States rights is an argument when it favors the left. Roe v. Wade comes to mind. Healthcare comes to mind. Why is it that the left must use the courts instead of the electorate to further their cause?
