Ebay needs to go bankrupt, it is broken, has been broken, and will remain broken for years to come. Ebay fails at the casual user level for years now with the listing fees, with paypal tie-in, with paypal transaction fees, with ebay closing fees... and then shipping on top of all of it.

I'm not for the death penalty for this crime, but I'm all for having him do mandatory 30 hours a week community service for the next 10 years. That'll teach him the meaning of working for it.

My State is so LAME that this story ran as the HEADLINE lead story for the 11:00 News in Portland Or. I thank God that I don't live in Portland.

My daughter asks "Why is the name of the puppy " B O " ...as in Body Odor.

I find it hard to believe that President Obama was any part of this final decision ~ It just reeks of a PR Media " Me Too " moment to toss Obama's name into a positive light.

What about this little girl?, what as a community do we do for her now?.

We know what to do about HIM, but we need to reach out to stop things like this from happening by imposing the written laws and enforcing them. This guy looks like a weekly repeat offender.
