Once is a group of stupid people. Twice might be a coincidence. But three times and maybe more? That’s a pattern! Either ACORN has a program designed to assist people who intend to commit questionable acts, or they have a policy of hiring people who would have no problem assisting with these questionable acts.

Really, the only problem I see is with killing this group, but not arresting the guilty is they will simply “break-up” the group, re-package it under a new name, and keep on going. The nefarious folks associated with ACORN are all too familiar with the “gangsta wayz”.
