Being the undercover lover of choice of Ralph Cramden, I feel compelled to speak out on this issue. He has long since attempted to quell my outspoken views of elder homosexuality. But in times like these, I feel that I cannot be quelled any longer. Equality for all must prevail, regardless of age or political affiliation. Hate gets you nowhere! Love conquers all...

Bravo! Couldn't have said it better myself. Being accurate on a stationary target when you are calm and have all favors in your benefit is difficult in itself. These previous comments are similar to the ones in retort when there is a fatal shooting & people complain that the officers shouldn't shoot to kill- "why couldn't they have hit him in the shoulder or the legs or something"? Sometimes it can be scary how people can't tell the difference between movies/ video game sand real life.

While Señor Flores might have been innocent of a crime, he was guilty of using poor judgement in regard to his use of a firearm. Just because you suspect someone of trespassing does not give you the right to use lethal force in Oregon. Might be in Mexico, but not here.

That being said, the tactical team may have goofed up here as well. It's just unfortunate that when they make mistakes on the job, they often have dire consequences.

Looks like someone should have had a refresher course on firearms safety-
Rule #4: Be sure of your target and what lies beyond. This is the only rule we know for sure he broke, who knows how many others.
