This same law, has also helped innocent people get off wrongfully accused charges. It just sucks when it works in a sick way.

YUP! Its still a public place in that room, so, any form of a sexual act that causes him in any way to not "Keep it in his pants" is not okay. So, in turn, he cant play "Solitaire" in the room.

my point in what i said is that some one would have to intentionally place their body so that it would only cut one leg off. Trains are big and make it hard to only take part of a body.

This isnt just one case! Its just one that made head lines. It also plays along with the faith healing parents that let their kids get sick and die. The whole reason for this is to make parents take care of their children better and not neglect them Like Casey neglected Kaylee.
