What are your thoughts on Alcohol. I have to disagree with you on the gateway theory. My first drug was Alcohol, which nearly killed me until I sought help after 20 years of abuse.
Authoritys would rather not talk about that since it is a "legal" drug, which they enjoy. With the current economic conditions I would be surprised if the legalize and tax theory dosen't take hold. After all that is exactly how prohibition ended. The government seen huge benefits to legalize and tax something they couldn't stop the people from doing to begin with.

That comment alone answered your first question.I to live on the west side of South Bend, I live in a Newly build home, and my kids go to a west side private school.I have raised my kids to respect others and treat everyone as an equal. Any time anything happens in God Forbid GRANGER it's a crisis. Maybe if this child was raised with the same standards that my WEST SIDE SOUTH BEND kids are , she would still be at home.
