Obviously you also don't understand how OSU recruits. Recruiting is done regionally... the position coach is not necessarily the primary recruiter for the players at his position. Yes, the position coach becomes involved, but Cav's primary recruiting duty is players in Arizona, regardless of position. Which, by the way, he has done very well with - Phillip, R. Robinson, Weaton, DJ Welch, etc.

You're not making a great case to show that you understand where the problem lies.

I've read a lot of crazy overreactions the past few days, but saying that Cav should be fired is easily the craziest of them all.

You obviously cannot grasp or identify the difference between poor coaching and a lack of player talent if you're calling for the head of one of college football's top OL coaches.

Interesting info on timing and such, but I think the question asked remains unanswered... "where would you rank Lalich's arm strength... is it better than Canfield's"?

I'm interested to hear the answer, so I guess I'm re-asking beavfan05's question. How does Lalich's arm strength compare to Canfield's?

Stronger, not as strong, or roughly equal?

I see Stuart Fewel (P from Wilson HS) listed on the roster page on the official web site, but he's not included in any of the info in the media guide.

Is he going to be with the team this year (perhaps a late addition to the team's plans for this season in light of the injury to Josh Osich)?

Well, "angry" said he was 'uncomfortable' with it (one can draw conclusions from that admission regarding his insecurity with certain aspects of his life), but it is no surprise he tried to be "shocking". He's just plugging his blog with every post because he is desperate for attention and his one trick is trying to play the "pay attention to me because I say edgy, unpopular things" card.

The deadline to declare for the draft as an underclassman is the 15th of January, and the deadline to withdraw if you change your mind is the 18th of January.

That being the case, I'm not sure why you keep talking about the end of the January as the time when he'll "make a decision"/"figure it out".

With a mid-Jan. deadline, it's not really an option to wait until the end of the month.

It was mentioned a while back via various media sources that the games with Minnesota have been pushed out further into the future.

Per the Minnesota official site the dates are:
