Yes, the position coach becomes involved, but Cav's primary recruiting duty is players in Arizona, regardless of position. Which, by the way, he has done very well with - Phillip, R. Robinson, Weaton, DJ Welch, etc.

The deadline to declare for the draft as an underclassman is the 15th of January, and the deadline to withdraw if you change your mind is the 18th of January.

That being the case, I'm not sure why you keep talking about the end of the January as the time when he'll "make a decision"/"figure it out".
