If the results weren't so devastating, the process could win the People's Choice Award for Best Farce of the Year. But it is devastating, in both content and process. Would that it were only NBC and the L&O franchise. Week before last, the CBS lineup shoehorned the administration's message of the week (volunteerism) into at least 5 of its top-rated shows, and the entire CSI franchise devoted itself to the evils of big business. When one can ascertain the storyline and ending in the first few moments based on nothing more than the political correctness of its characters, there's little point watching yet another diatribe.
