I have a little problem... I recently moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia (thats in canada for those who don't know). The problem is that In Nova Scotia everything and I mean everything shuts down on rememberance day. I pre-ordered W@W from ebgames which is the equivalent to your gamestop and they didn't inform me that they would be closed for the release.. Now it's tuesday morning, the day I have been waiting for for a long time and everything is closed! Any ideas on what I can do or for those that may live in NS if there are any stores open? Thanks

This is fucking retarded... Of course tryarch is going to reference COD4. The engine for the game is amazing and they want the public to know that the quality of the brand (call of duty) is the same. How can you tell a company to stop referencing other games especially when one is designed around another game. It's like asking ford to not reference one of their trucks against another brand. People seeing that the gameplay is going to be as great or better than cod4 is a selling advantage and you should be happy that your game is good enough to help theirs and your parent company activision. 402 grow up and welcome to the world of a great brand which your company is destroying with poor community relations and lack of content. you HAD a great game either release somthing (cough.. playlists.. cough cough) or pass the torch and stop crying that IW is going down hill.

Thats a good point. Except Americans did not have a threat from Iraq. (wmd??) Yeah some taliban insurgents are outfitted there but there are also some in iran, saudi arabia and many other neighboring countries to iraq which we are not invading. I have no problem with the occupation in afghanistan as 95% of the taliban are there. but when you choose to fight a country which for which we have such a high dependancy of oil from and no plausible threat the motives get questioned.

You have to look at the big picture and not just you own selfish little life..... taxes will be raised to help your whole country eliminate some of the 10 trillion dollars in debt, troops will be removed because it is costing over 1 billion a month for them to be there. all they are doing now is trying to introduce domocracy to a land of people who don't want it, and the loss of life isn't proportionate to what has been accomplished! I think I know more than you and i'm up here in Canada!

There are definatly better purchases out there. While you can go almost anywhere and do whatever there are still missions and such that should be completed in order. These missions can be pretty far apart and driving from one mission and back to the "base" can be pretty boring and can take up alot of time. Thankfully I only rented this game. I played it for 3 hours and was stone cold bored that I took a 7 day game rental back 5 days early. Maybe I didn't give it enough time but I think if a game can't capture my mind after 3 hours of play then it is useless. I did not use the map editor but I did play onlyine and the multiplayer is one of the worst I have ever seen.. I suggest holding out for a better game....
