You are incorrect. Both parents must be citizens at the time of the child's birth for the child to be a natural born citizen, otherwise the child is a dual citizen at birth or merely a citizen. You need look no further than the actual clause in the constitution to see that there is a difference between citizen and natural born citizen,"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." If there was no difference between the two, there would not be a distinction as a qualifier for the office.

So let me get this straight, a guy offers not to publish an apparently true story of "creepy stuff" that Letterman has done for an amount that really is quite puny compared to what he could have gotten from a big publishing company, and Letterman then sets him up for a criminal arrest rather than thanking him for the heads up and chance to prevent an apparently true story that would be damaging and embarrassing...then goes on national tv to pollute the jury pool?
Moral:The guy should have just gone ahead and published the damn story/book/screenplay/coloring book etc...

This is a political power grab by the dems to garner votes from the "have nots" or more accurately the "do nots" they do not work, they do not have a green card, they do not pay taxes etc.
Remove the benefits for the illegal immigrants and re-institute "operation wet back" from the 1950's (google it, non believers) start talking about tort reform and see how fast the health care industry fixes it's self.
