Dayton, who was previously rated the worst Senator in the US Senate, is not capable of independant thought or action. The ugly truth is not capable of penetrating his "deer in the headlights" stare and complete dependance on the public unions.

Not a chance in the world. Democrat Governor Mark Dayton is a wholy owned subsidiary of the public unions. If such a bill passed the Legislature, Dayton would veto it in a heartbeat. Of course, his veto message would claim that the veto was made for the sake of the children.

Unprecedented levels only because this is the first time significant examination by critical verifiers will take place. Most fraud is perpetrated with a wink from the supposed verifier or, even worse, committed by he verifiers themselves. I still expect "unprecedented" turnout for the vote in Milwaukee, where 104% voter participation will be attained.

Contempt of Congress prosecutions are the responsibility of the Dept. of Justice. That will happen as soon as Holder authorizes the prosecution. Yah sure.

His letter says that he returned to the US Attorneys Office in 2010. So he is an Obama appointee.
