Kids should grow up until the age of 18. After that they're adults, and if they're stupid enough to drink when it's illegal, they should face the consequences. Are you aware of the epidemic of under age drinking at colleges? Seems like several colleges a year have some idiot who gets drunk, then falls out a second story window and kills himself.
