First he's not a King nor does he represent himself as one. Second Dan's religion has been a political football for well over a month now and has been reported on in the Village Voice, NY Post and Daily News so you can't say it wasn't out there.

Thanks for clearing that up. In my limited interaction with the group I've never experienced any bad behavior or anyone state to me that they are the poster children for Theodism. I'm curious to know who acted so badly.

Forgive me for being dense (maybe it the fact that's it's 7:30 in the morning and I'm under the weather) but moving past Dan's own skeleton's what specifically do the Normannii them such a bad representative for the religion and who's making them out to be a poster child for Theodism?

Actually the number of regulations on the books increased under Bush, but if you had the money and connections you didn't have to worry.

In what way exactly?

Of course new laws will have to be written but allot of this mess could have been avoided if the SEC and others had been on the ball and/or not on the dole. Of course you could have all the new laws and regulations in the world but if there not enforced or selectively enforced it will do no good.

I think everyone would love to see more political transparency in our government

They would also strip away all the money the corporations get from the government and wouldn't have given the banks a dime. I don't think the problem is that there is not enough regulation it is that the government more often then not lets corporations get round the ones on the books already .

Also there is a difference between Libertarian and libertarian

Well let's face it since the 90's the religious right has had stranglehold on the National Republican party, leaving those Pagan's who lean more to the right in a very uncomfortable position. But how exactly is being a Pagan Libertarian worse?
