It's all about the grant money, people. If governments weren't willing to fund global warming research with lots of free grant money, so-called scientists wouldn't be touting the dangers of global warming or climate change, or whatever they are now calling it. If this grant money suddenly dried up, the interest in the subject would dry up correspondingly.

The individual mandate is unconstitutional. The government cannot force you to buy health insurance. Some might argue that the states mandate that all drivers carry minimum auto insurance, and that makes the individual mandate for health insurance valid. But driving a car is optional. You can decide not to drive a car, then you don't need car insurance. The same cannot be said about mandatory health insurance. The government mandates it just because you are alive. Your only alternative is to commit suicide if you want to opt out of mandatory health insurance. Clearly this is not an option. Email your Representative at www.house.gov. Email your Senators at www.senate.gov. Tell them that the healthcare insurance individual mandate is unconstitutional.
