...and the judge ordered him to stay out of WalMart?? Isn't that a tad bit specific? Why is he out on bail? Hello, he told police he finds this "thrilling". Even if he obeys the judge (and why would he), what's to say he doesn't go to a Target or a Sears or a mall...
This guy should be locked up until his trial, and should be left unguarded when he finally lands in prison. I bet some of the men there would like to show him what gives them a thrill. Yeah, cliche prison rape comment - but I think he's earned it. Manic depressive or not.

Most of the time this sort of thing happens, it turns out to have been a minority student who is seeking the reaction they know it will have. But that's not 100% of the time, so it winds up making everyone nervous even though most people realize it's probably another mock threat.

"as experts speculated" Who are these "experts"? What are their credentials?
I assume the author doesn't mean The Guttmacher Institute because it is not mentioned until much later, and it is a "reproductive rights" advocacy group. Advocacy and expertise are not mutually exclusive... but it certainly taints the waters. They have a professed agenda and should not be taken at face value.

Okay, I did a search of the constitution and it seems fairly clear that the count of persons for representation in congress is based upon an "enumeration" of "citizenry". How the HELL did that get interpreted to mean it should be based upon "the 'whole number of persons' residing in a state" and that it should include illegals. @#$@#%@# This is insane.
