I am very disturbed by your post rednecktechie. A police officer (this is why I decided to be a cop) making himself law enforcement, judge, jury and executioner by saying, "I'm not so sure guys like this would make it back to the station". I hope some police supervisor, Judge or ACLU type person is as troubled by your post as I am and is able to associate it with your badge number and agency. Society is bad enough without being able to trust law enforcement that due process takes place. Your statement is indicative that in some cases you may not allow due process to take place.

How can you modify or foreclose a loan when you can't identify the note holder? How could you even pay off a loan if the note holder is unknown? I hope they win.

At least he got an OR release, the days of "Out of the car with your hands up" are over. I remember back in the day the lane officer found pot and would just beat you senseless. Then when the other officers found out you had pot, they would come over from their check point lanes to help the other officers beat you too.
