I side with the Boy Scouts on this one. We have lots of organizations that discriminate, if that is what you want to call it, by nature, for example: blackpeoplemeet.com, a white person at a Nation of Islam church, men at a lesbian gay bar, MENSA and many more.

The Boy Scouts of America is no different than any of those organizations and should have the freedom to exclude anyone they want. If you want to stop giving them money because of this, then do that.

I think the real problem is the LBG agenda being pushed on children who think gay is being happy or weird. A persons sexuality never mattered when I was a scout. I may have had a gay scout master or troop leader. Scouting is about learning how to start a fire with a stick and a rock, tying a square knot, cooking on an open fire, sleeping outside, hiking and seeing God's natural beauty. I never learned anything about my sexuality from scouting.

Scouting is about the oath:

On my honor I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country
and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake, and morally straight.

The scout law:

A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly,
courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty,
brave, clean, and reverent.

and the motto, Be prepared. That is what scouting is about to me and I fail to see how that has anything to do with a persons sexuality.

This is very sad for the family. Eventually it will all work out for them. They have a claim against the Title company who cleared the deed and the seller for non-disclosure. Some law firm will take this on for them.
