Trial? Waste of taxpayer money. I am sure he will not fly as a pilot again, so take away his pilots license (permanently) and the judge, without trial, can order him hospitalized as long as he is a threat.If he is not, put him on the no fly list and lets all move on, he just lost some of his 'screws'. This trial will serve no end.

They already say there is not enough competition, which means silly RFPs; look, this cop is not even making anything, he is just marking up product: there should be 20 or more bids for uniforms, not that unique. I agree with LakeOSteve2 (with the exception of the silly political bit),Mctacobell and Common_Tator etc, I am not sure how you could read/write that story and make any sense of why the doctor suggests no rabies shot...but there is nothing wrong with the coon, didn't anyone read 'Where the Red Fern Grows'? Dont run with an Axe and a coon is usually gonna take a dog, though a pit bull I would give an edge, so stay out of the fight. Do not grab a coon by any body part. Really. Lady is lucky to have all of her fingers.
Fair enough, that is not information that I have. I empathize with the man who was struck, and the kid should be more closely monitored or incarcerated, that is for a judge to decide, I just think death is overkill for a child.
