I'm not opposed to marijuana use but I do want a stigma attached to it because it does affect prefrontal development in the young. Besides, every vice is "cooler" when "underground". The squares ain't going for it, they don't want it around their children, much less a legally-sanctioned pervasion, so I'm for keeping it the way it is. If a man is unemployed or underemployed, I think a man should follow a discipline to keep sharp. It's good for the nervous system to be a little hungry, complacency is a rot on one's soul.
