Like Beck says, racism will ALWAYS exist, just like misogynism, fetishism, etc. It is the institutionalization and promotion of racism that we do not and should never tolerate.

Just like the president of the NAA(L)CP, the left has no proof, no evidence of institutionalized racism against minorities, so they resort to baseless allegations, straw man arguments, and other propaganda. The only purpose is to grow and sustain their power. They do not seek to truly resolve anything, even though the case can be made that it has been solved, because if they did, then they would lose their justification for existence. Today, they are like Jessie Jackson, and Al Sharpton - political hacks that race-bait for their own gain. The folks who continue to beat the racism drum are the true oppressors. It is they who are pushing what amounts to a new kind of slavery on people. They have convinced their followers that they cannot succeed without the race hustlers, and that they are owed reparations from the evil white people, fostering further strife amongst the races.

Of all the "reform" being thrown around lately, none of it is being applied to the true source of the problem, which is government.
A good start is the movement for the 28th Amendment to the Constitution.
"Congress shall make no law that applies to any citizen of the United States that does not apply equally to all US Senators and Representatives. Congress shall make no law that applies to any US Senator or Representative that does not apply equally to all citizens of the United States. All existing laws and regulations that do not meet these criteria shall be declared null and void!"
The next step in the right direction would be term limits on the US House and Senate.
Third, I propose a limit on the percentage of attorneys in Congress. If you want to really muck things up, get some attorneys involved.

When the property owners' only recourse is to call the police and wait for hours to file a report that very likely will NOT be followed up on, and then have to deal with their insurance company - and that is only if they are covered for the theft, then how the hell can anyone with a sane mind claim justice has been served? We are in an economic downturn, where police departments are being cut back, and some departments are not responding to property crimes, and other towns, like in California, have completely elimnated their police force, relying on county mounties to do the job. On top of all this, the federal government has abdicated its CONSTITUTIONAL responsibility to protect USA's borders, allowing the flood of illegal invaders to waltz right on through.
What I'm saying is WE HAVE NO CHOICE but to respond in an extreme manner. Lack of law enforcement on all levels has backed us law-abiding, tax-paying, property-owning CITIZENS into a corner.
