Sadly even if a million dollars had not been spent on the Occupy "movement" , it still wouldn't be spent on the unemployed in any way. They would probably paint more bike boxes and continue to collect funds to build a bridge to Vancouver for the light rail.............

You are wrong! Yes they a right to assemble, and yes they have a right to free speech, but they still don't have the right to break the law!

You say the guys that pay for this kind of thing are "just as bad' - - - THEY are the worst kind of human beings there are!! Buying sex is a hundred times worse than selling it!! IF there were no buyers there would be no sellers.

How do they give someone a ticket who says they have no identification???? I mean ID isn't required to ride public transportation. What does a fare inspector do? Ask for ID to write a ticket? How does this ticket thing work??
There was a comment earlier about implementing turnstyles. That sounds like the perfect solution.
