Of course, the entity being discovered (is that the correct term?) doesn't have the ability to discern what is important to the other side, and what is not. It would be like the fox watching the henhouse.
Essentially, if one side gets to comb through their records to bring stuff to the fight, then so does the other.
Oh yeah, the unedited tapes from O'keef and Giles would be subpoenaed as well, as will be the number of places they went (which is what I am curious about... was this all of the ACORN offices they went to, or were they thrown out of any?) . If the number of ACORN offices is >70% that gave them advice, one would have to assume they are done for.

If the United States Senator from Masachusetts cannot complete their term in office:
. a: If the governor is from the Democratic Party, the governor shall have the ability to chose an interim senator until the next general election.
b: If the governor is from the Republican, Libertarian, Constitution, or any party considered to be repulsive to the Kennedy family, there shall be no appointment made until a special election can be called and exevuted.
At least, in this case, the premise matches the acts.
(and yes, I know that part a is different from what was actually passed (the governor appoints a successor until the special election).

A zero liability voter is one that gets to vote for the person that promises them the greatest good without that person having to spend a dime.

1. Find a problem.
2. Find out how much it costs to fix the problem.
3. Esitmate how much it will cost to not fix the problem.
4. Minimize 2,Maximize 3, give it to the ad men.
5. Never fix the problem, and keep spending money.
5a. It also helps to redefine the problem along the way so it never gets fixed.
See poverty (Great Society Programs in the 60's.. Trillions of $ spent, poverty is still at 12% +/- 3%), Space Program (why isn't that privatized by now?), Social Security (let's keep buying the old people's vote with the young people's money...oh yeah, and put the money in the general fund, so deficits look smaller...)
