Mr Sullivan announces it through media to build the story up. He loves being mentioned with illustrious names like Henry & Van Nistelrooy and to make you and every other Hammers fan think he is the best thing to happen to West Ham since Bobby Moore,
I would love to see Henry sign for the Hammers but i agree with you (he wont)
and even if he does i still wont like Mr Sullivan much

If the 2Ds want a manager from the lower leagues then its gota be Pards, it just makes so much sense, none of that gardian short list are nearly good enough to be West Ham manager and Pardew said he would like to come back some day.

I hope he does

But my gut feeling is Curbs is already lined up

also its worth noting the players sold were Alan Pardew signings, as were James Collins

and i would be delighted to see Pards given the job again because he done a great job for West Ham IMO.

Luke Young would be a good signing for West Ham. he is English. not too old. and isn't prone to long spells in the treatment room,,
You are right Aussie we could do better. but we could do a hell of a lot worse,

If Upson is sold then so be it. i wont be that upset. but a new contract and a decent showing in the world cup (if he goes) added to taking the captaincy's responsibility away from him would settle him down again i think; he is not a natural leader and the uncertainty of his future has weighed heavy on him this season. an offer of 8 million or more would be hard to resist though

Is Zola truly an honorable bloke ?
i ask because I'm starting to think he is doing this on purpose, maybe daring the Davids to sack him, yeah thats gotta be it, he would'nt keep picking Specter if he really wanted to win the game.

Why do the players back him so much ?
He sends them onto the pitch totaly unmotivated, without anything remotely close to a game plan nevermind a plan B, to be embarresed by opposition teams that are average at best. AND THEY LOVE HIM FOR IT!!!!!
