If someone sneaks into your house because you live in a nicer, safer, or better neighborhood / house it’s called a crime (B&E, Trespass, Home Invasion, etc) and that person goes to jail. If someone sneaks into a theater or sporting event it’s also called a crime and that person gets kicked out or goes to jail. If someone sneaks into a sovereign country it’s still a crime!!
