I agree with you, GYG.
TehHawt seemingly asked for an intelligent discusssion above and then backtracked when you tried to start one.
Putting words in your mouth and complaining about grammar are just tactics to sway forum opinion and change the subject to "I'm sAMrter than you."

Maybe the kid is part of a gang. We don't know. We can't assume that he was an innocent bystander purely because he was stabbed.

I think the state should take the same structure you suggest. The government already collects taxes for these programs, we need the more stringent rules to go along with it.

Here's a variety of links since most news sources lean one way or another.
In short, unless the living person (not really a defendant at the time) asks for a toxicology test, law enforcement would have to wait for a warrant to obtain one. Since Zimmerman's story seemed ok at the time, it wasn't deemed necessary.

I think except for his last performance (which could and did mean the end) Colton Dixon and Philip Philips were the best of the top 10 or so.
I can't understand half the words Josh sings unless he ends his lines with "eh!" or "huh!".
Jessica and I think it was Holly sound so mechanical that it's irritating.
Phil has a unique sound that makes me want to listen and makes me wish he had a CD to buy.
Jessica will win, but the real winners will be the ones that can make you want to listen to their music on a CD or on the radio.

The state isn't any better.
We give food stamps (EBT, whatever) to people who can work but don't even look for jobs.
These are supposed to be temporary programs to help people get on their feet. I bust my butt to work and pay bills and welfare frauds get to eat steak...on our dime.

He was politely advised not to pursue Martin. Based on his breathing, he obviously had been and continued to do so.
If rumors are true, the dude shouldn't have been on the neighborhood watch, purely speculating on his shrink previously putting him on drugs that may cause agitation and mood swings.
