My main concern is how to get insurance companies out of the health care business. Providing health care to all citizens (and non-citizens) is not a business. Tihe big reason the US has the highest health care costs, but ranks only 17th in level of care is the expense of health insurance & edications. Take those two ites out of the health care budget and costs will drop immediately. I really like the idea of a health care corps like the peace corps, and plan to get a copy of that book at the library.
