EVERY "State of the Union" address should REQUIRE the U.S. President to tell us EXACTLY how much of our money is going overseas, whether to the UN or some random African country.

The public needs to hear exactly how much of our tax dollars are spent elsewhere. Should be done every January 20th by the prez.
