Because I am 3.5 years into my degree and I am not going to alter my life plans because a select few people are terrified of a plant. There were times I was embarrassed by my parents when I was a kid too, but that doesn’t mean I was going to leave them.
First of all, I didn't say I was an engineering major (i'm not), I was responding to a statement by NJBuff. Second of all, students (at least not me, or any other student I have talked to) got any information about this 'fish stuff'. If I didn't look at the paper this morning I would not have known about it. So, I was not able to make arrangements with my professor beforehand. And finally, it really says something about you if you respond to a potentially deadly reaction by telling someone to 'grow up' - as if that will somehow make it go away.
I'm not sure I can go to my class today (severe fish allergy). Why should I aim for an engineering degree?
I didn't say anything about the campus, I said the Quad. You said "thwart illegal activity". What is illegal about me going on the Quad?
I am embarrassed to go to the University of Colorado.
What is illegal about me (a non-smoking student) going near the Quad? It seemed legal yesterday, and I’m pretty sure it will be legal tomorrow.
I'm glad providing contraception and the 'morning after' pill will not be a problem for Catholics. As we all know, Catholics don't have premarital sex, and once married, nobody takes contraception anymore. It's like the free-market, let the customers decide.
Issue resolved, you're welcome.
Can a pregnant woman drive in the HOV lane on the highway?
Actually, Homer was a drunk, not a pot head.
Just sayin'
Even with cutting all spending by this family it would take a while to pay off that debt. Thats saying spending no money at all, which isn't very feasible for a family of four with a gigantic security system on the house. Seems like getting that temp job on the side would really bring in some extra income to help pay down that debt.
