If you received 2 months adv pay but your VA kicks in after 30 days then you have too much adv pay and will have to wait until it is used up before the VA pay continues. Remember not to use the money for what it is not intended. This is how it should work, but it looks like normal pay isn't starting until 10-12 weeks and beyond which defeats the purpose of the advance pay. This was a first time process that obviously failed and it's doubtful they will get it right for the second try this spring.
