Not as likely to get away with it, as the "Duct Tape Bandit". Well dressed for a Bank robber, maybe he jogged to the bank. Good surveillance cam photo!

I remember when the movie "Blue Thunder" came out people called some of the Features a Fantasy. Nearly all the capabilities became a reality and then some. When the Stealth 'copters were sent in to get Bin Laden I wondered if they used "whisper mode".

Upgrading our power grid, Cloud style battery storage for wind power, and A new natural gas pipeline grid would be a good start. If CNG conversion kit cost per vehicle could be lowered. we would have access to 2 dollar per gallon vehicles. If these became available as Hybrids maybe less.

Not giving the trailer owner a free pass, but you should never stop on the shoulder unless your car is dead or dying. Or if someone is having a heart attack and you need to do CPR. Drunks hit cars parked on the shoulder almost every week. The next exit ramp is a much safer place to pull over. If you get hit it should be at a lower rate of speed. The beginning of the next on ramp is the safest option, if you insist on being next to a traveled road while you take care of your business.

I-5 always gets remodeled 20 years too late. The car pool lane at Northgate used to be the N/B bottleneck. Then the delay was carried north to 175th. Now it is at the US2 Jct. Between the W/B US 2 traffic, the Boeing shift change, and tourists and commercial traffic, If someone sneezes, a backup takes place. So people get p.od because they are stuck in traffic.and we all know what happens next.Try to get used to it, fixing the screw up wil cost 200 mill or so.2012 dollars. There really is no more room for cheap lanes because it is swampland. There is no room for extra lanes through Marysville with out buying out property owners. Really the only cost effective solution is a Sounder station/ Park and ride between Marysville and Arlington. Railroad is already paid for, so when 100 year old bridge is replaced, make it a 4 track crossing.(Only one at a time can cross now.) Not being able to get to

any destination from Olympia to Arlington 2:30-6:45 at any speed faster than Impulse power is going to start costing us going forward if it doesn't already.
