Construction and fabrication of equipments and system on the North Slope of Alaska is drastically more limited and restrained in Alaska than in the contiguous 48. Thus the additional delays and quadrupled costs. What is the point of surrendering to union demands if it will bankrupt the company? Why should the unions expect a supply of golden eggs if they kill the goose?

And NO! Calling the union greedy IS NOT hypocritical.

Which song are your knickers twisted about?

One of the song integral to this discussion is in fact Amazing Grace. The other is not; despite claims to the contrary by numerous quote-unqoute journalists and talking heads.

This attempt to demean and belittle Herman Cain is actually a big fish that needs frying. This is but the latest in a continuing stream of draconian attacks against anyone, and everyone, that is even slightly critical of the POTUS. The mere fact of his skin's melanin prominence does not grant him immunity from criticism.

The liberal reporters attacked themselves with their reporting.

One would almost have to have been deaf for their entire lives not to know the difference between Amazing Grace and Herman Cain's rendition of He Looked Beyond My Faults.

The only other possible explanation is journalistic and/or intellectual incompetence. How many songs of any variety have their name/title as the first two words? Even an instrumental version of Amazing Grace is distinctly dissimilar. Have you or the reporters you so valiantly attempt to defend never heard the bag pipers playing in memorial services for fallen firefighters and policemen(policepersons if you insist on pc)?

I also need your expertise with all those extra knobs on my radios. What is this AM/FM gibberish. What is stereo? Dose the Front/Back knob control which seat I sit in when I am in a vehicle. Will adjustment of the balance knob keep me from feeling dizzy?

The more I have learned about Islam and its history the more apprehensive I have become regarding its impact(s) on the civilized world. Too many apologists for the doctrines of Islam push the version of Islam during its initial stages in Mecca. Has the climate changed recently, choose your time frame? The answer is YES. Was the trend of average global temperatures inclined during the PREVIOUS couple of decades? Yes. Has that same trend continued? NO. Has the trend of average temperatures declined or at worst plateaued? YES.

The real discussions should regard definitive proof that human activities are directly affecting world climate. Has the climate changed and is there human activity? Yes and yes. That is not proof humans cause(d) climate change(s).

Was there a hole in the ozone layer at the south pole before we developed technology to detect and measure it?

AGW, now hidden behind the smoke screen of climate change, is promised to destroy the Earth. The Arctic ice cap will soon disappear never to be seen again.. Alarmists love to scream and holler that the Arctic has not been free of ice at any time during recorded history. Does the mere fact that there is no recorded history of the Arctic being ice free prove that it has never been ice free.
