For me, I would say a player of his quality is definitely a coup, not just for our club but for any club at the Championship level. Anelka is of immense ability and there is really no reason to believe he has declined much as a footballer from his prime, as he was a very effective player for chelsea last year. If we can bring him in and maybe even hold on to him for a year or two, I would welcome him with open arms. Work that magic BFS.

Gotta chalk this one up to Piquionne, even when he has a decent game he is simply useless. Every time I see him on the team sheet I'm worried we wont even come close to scoring.
