Whedon already did a "darker" Buffy story-line..she was called Faith(Eliza Dushku)..I wouldn't want to have the write/direct something I already did either. Maybe someone should remind them "Dark Buffy" has been done already, or that they are just making "Faith the Vampire Slayer: The Movie Of A Character/Idea From a Re-Boot Gets Re-Booted."
