I am so angry and saddened by black on black crime and the gang mentality. the girl and the boy (coward) that stole this girls purse should be HARSHLY punished. There should be an increased penalty for violence committed in the tunnel when this is strictly available for "public" transportation.
Secondly, the "security" (lack thereof) should be reexamined and either increased or not budgeted for, their useless. This girl (victim) is going to be traumatized (Ptsd) for the rest of her life AND PROBABLY WILL NOT BE TREATED FOR PTSD because of this incident, a high price to pay for wearing what some others refer to as offensive clothing and the lack of security.
