we were not talking about Hebrew here in this topic :) and I think it should render Hebrew perfect as well! other wise they will use a lot of their fans who can't use it in their own native language!

Hello Nicky,

Actually the story is very interesting! I was working there for 1 Year and when i send my resignation they didn't pay me for the last month (that I already worked). I tried to contact them 3 times and they didn't answer me so i made the first post about them. Their answer to my blog post is Hacking my personal facebook account!!!! so i posted the 2nd and 3rd post...

Hope this can give a good view why i wrote the following post...

Dear A.E,

Thank you for posting your feedback about the company and showing support to my cause.

I will only add a comment on the Over time:
As you are an employee and you take from your own time to work in any company it's an obligation for ALL the companies to pay their employees the Over time.

As we are all inspired by 25Jan i guess now it's the time to change most of the bad behaviors we see from our companies (including ours as well). so when you work for over time you should ask to get paid for it that's the only fair way i see from my prospective this will not only help us financially only it will also help us being comfortable in companies we work in.

As for the people who share their bad experience it's their rights to express their experience and comment about the post as long as they don’t say any lies at the end we all want the best for the companies we work in and for us.

Thanks a lot for supporting the cause my friend, I guess this is what they don't understand. I Also got news that someone from HP was suppose to go for an Interview in GCS and after seeing the post she didn't accept the job.

I don't think GCS care a lot about my blog post because till now i didn't get any Direct message from them.

Hopefully what we are doing will help us to have a better companies in Egypt that treats their employees Fair.

Unfortunately like the Egyptian revolution we didn't have any option but MAKING a difference. My current situation will help people unleash the dark side of companies and speak out.

We only need to speak out, spread the cause and force improvements.
