Aye Aye Cap'n!

WOW, it was cold coming over the hill into Park City this morning! Good thing I put on long johns... Passed the Dream Home right on by the first time (throngs of bicyclists out this morning - is it always like that, or was there a special event?) - was in Midway before I knew it, had to circle on back... it's a pretty thing, that house... and the river, saw someone in hip waders fly-fishing on my way through... and Park City, Midway, and Heber City are all lovely little towns.... and the mountains.... beautiful! I really really hope I get the job I want, cause I really don't want to leave here!

Oh, yeah, and I got some cheese at the Heber Valley Dairy, too!

It is a beautiful house, as are all the dream homes... would be a dream to have. Think I'll take a little bike ride today, and check out the area, while I'm still in Utah, since I don't know how long this will last... if I can find my long johns, temp in Park City was 39 when I looked a little bit ago :)

I keep the toaster and coffeemaker out because they are used often. Other things like the blender, deep fryer, sandwich griller and crock pots that are not used as often get put away on a shelf in the hallway.

I am trying to figure out the camera on my new phone, and getting very frustrated. Took some cool video and can't seem to send/share/watch it from anywhere except on my phone... wrong format or something, and too big a file for sending over phone message system. *sigh* maybe I should read my owner's manual too :)

I think I figured out why this is called the beehive state..... got stung yesterday at antelope island when a bee flew into my jacket (not my fault! it flew into ME!) and this morning there was a bee flying all around me when I was getting ready to ride... they won't leave me alone! LOL

Maybe I shouldn't use flower-scented shampoo?

Passionfruit is delicious! Tart & tangy.... you can get passionfruit juice (drink or nectar, it's pretty strong straight) at some supermarkets, Welch's makes one that is really good... goes very well with vodka too :)

Dghawk, BornHere, Maria in NJ, and everyone else in the path of the storm, hope everything goes well for you. Glad to see Irene is now downgraded to Tropical Storm - still bad, but not nearly as bad as it was looking for awhile.

Yay for the video up on the site so soon! Fun stuff, like seeing where all the materials came from for all their projects. Can't wait to see the rest of the house!
