Why couldn't these remains been interned in a memorial for fallen citizens of 9/11? If the remains are of fallen soldiers they get interned, if you are a civilian, you get the dump. FYW!

Once it's legalized, and the industry starts to grow, I think cases of illegal growing ops and the illegal purchases will go down. It won't eliminate illegal activities, but it will shift. You will never totally eliminate the element working outside the law in any industry.

Dude, This discussion is about the declassification of Marijuana and its implications. Yes, there is a big advantage to its medicinal uses. There are other advantages as well, like the reduction in violent crimes, less resources spent chasing illegal drug ops, could provide revenue for the country. I agree the tax system is way F'd up in the country. It needs serious overhauling!! But to deny the tax benefit would be stupid. I would rather that they take from sales of Marijuana than from Social Security.

I think that if they are successful, this would help aid our state with its budgetary woes. This would open up a broad new industry and could be taxed (fairly, that is) and raise revenue for the state.

You know, there is a fine line between freedom and security which means we have to have a good balance so that we keep our freedoms while we protect ourselves. It seems to me that we are headed into a direction that seems very dangerous. We are going too far with the Homeland Security and the TSA. After all, how effective are the minimum wage TSA employees anyways? They are poorly trained, poorly paid, and understaffed. Our government is trying to create the allure of increased security, but all they have done so far is to whittle away our freedom one little policy change at a time.

He's a punk who needs to be tossed from the team, Obviously the coach needs to be sanctioned if he allows this to continue on his team.

They would agree if the suspect is a fellow cop. As for the rest of us, its like Russian roulette. We might just get arrested or we might get our asses kicked.

If this was a sting operation, why did they let him go so quickly? Only 30 minutes in and out? That does not seem like actions of serious investigation?
