I totally agree with gommygoomy - how can it be called discrimination if they fail the test. If a white man takes the same test and he fails should he be promoted also because of discrimination against white men? No if you are too dumb to pass the test regardless of what color you are then you don't deserve what is on the other end. Study and pass the test don't just stand there for a hand out because your black and you want a free ride. That is what is wrong with the black population now a days - they want a free ride on everything and call discrimination if they can't get it so they don't have to apply their selves and better their selves. He is right this is suppose to be an INCENTIVE to do better not be promoted because you can't pass the test and you want the promotion anyway. Would that go for the white man too or is this for black men only? Isn't that discrimination against whites?
