Those of you who think this Judge made a bad ruling should also understand that it is Judges like this that have kept Obama out of court and from him having to prove he is eligible to be President. This is exactly what has been going on for the last 3 years and what has kept Barry in office.

I expect there is over 100 Billion in the Department of Education alone that could be cut by disbanning it altogether. Get rid of the IRS by implementing a Fairtax/flat tax and there would be another large savings for the Government and the Taxpayer.
You must read minds! That sounds like a pretty good start to me. It is ambitious but we are going to need ambition if America is going to ever be strong again. I hope a lot more gets added to what you have proposed.
As for the Obamacare bill: It is 2700 pages of trouble and no part of it, good or bad, can be hands off. It all has to go. A completely new healthcare bill is the only possible way to salvage anything. There is so much bad policy in all those pages that it would be a nightmare to try to fix any of it. I hope Congress is able to get that thru their thick skulls. Repeal the bill, the entire bill. The good parts were put there, up front exactly for the reason to stop any repeal because of public outcry. There will be a lot louder outcry if any of it is left in place.
This law was already passed 30 or 40 years ago and never enforced. So why is it again being passed a second time and who is going to enforce it this time since it was already a law and never enforced.? The enforcement of this law is way over due but I don't hold any hope. It has been obvious since the innovation of tv that the commercials were much higher decibel levels than regular programming but it has just continued and I expect nothing will ever change. The FCC has their collective heads where the sun doesn't shine on this subject and are only interested in regulations that suits them.
It is a sad day for America when we have elected ourselves a President that seems intent on destroying us and our entire country. Why don't we have laws to stop insanity and if we do have those laws why, in 230 years, haven't we protected those laws so that they can't be circumvented by the likes of Obama. This man has done more in less than two years to destroy America and get himself impeached than all other Presidents in my lifetime, combined. Our laws should protect America from this sort of thing and yet, they aren't. Our law makers need to make sure that this never ever happens again. That is, if there is anything left of our country if/when we finally get rid of this nightmare we call Obama.
Puleeeze give me a break. Barney hasn't changed his mind since he has been in the Senate and he isn't changing it now. Barney Frank as are most other Democrats are worried about getting re-elected and keeping their job. The only way to make sure they aren't going to continue as usual is to get rid of every last one of them. No more lies. Get rid of each and every one of the bums. That is career Democrats and Republicans alike. They all have to go and find another line of work. They certainly don't know how to do the job they are presently trying to do.
