It is a minor charge, not a felony.
Had it been a felony he would have been removed right then.

Ad forthe no contact order violation, that is also a minon charge, if convicted.

People make stupid mistakes, he is no different.

Howeve a mistake only happens once so we shall see if he screws up again, the media will be all over it like flys on........... You know.

I agree he should not be on paid leave, however he has not been charged with or convicted of a felony so how can you refer to him as a felon? Do you have info others are not awear of....????

The music is the only one I can not prove either way, however it isnt a great system to start with so im not worried about it.
Cell phone use can be tracked and they know im on it every night and not affraid to question usage, or set traps.
Myself and others are always checking up, or spying on them and they know it so not worried about them sneaking friends in the car, after all follow up is my job as a parent.
They know I do random inspections of the car, outside of that one time it has been clean and gassed...

Kids always make mistakes, thats how they learn, and as a parent I have made mistakes too, however my kids have earned my trust to I believe in them to make good choices, however, you can not learn from mistakes unless you make them.

My teens have a car to be shared between them, the key are hung on a contract that reads....

By taking these keys I agree to follow the following rules
(1) no passengers under 25
(2) no cell phone use while in the car
(3) music can not go past 20 in volume
(4) no eating in the car
(5) you drive it you gas it

If you do not follow these rules and or I get a ticket in the mail your butts the lawn and I am going to mow it.

Oh yea... You lose the car for 30 days for every rule broken.

So far only one rule has been broken between two teens in a year and 3 months...
I cant stand food trash in my cars!!!

But anyway as parents we have to set rules and follow up... Thats our job no matter how busy we are.

To bad kimberly clark and the potential buyer couldnt have worked out a deal where Kimberly clark paid for clean up (which sounds like they are going to have to do anyway) and the potential buyer kept the 700 employees employed.

He had the kids, she did not, unless she can prove the children were being harmed and she acted out for their safety she needs to be locked away for a very LONG time.

IF... IF she can prove that true, he got what he deserved as no one has the right to abuse a child in any way.

What we know as facts stand alone...

She is a criminal (she has a record) who did not have custody of her own children for what ever reason when she took them, aka kidnapping sparking an Amber alert.

That right there (in my book) makes her a looser... Children should never be put in the middle, they should always be on top, held safe and come first in life. But then again thats just my opinion....
