I don't know why they want to control mine. They can't even control their own inexhaustable output.

FCC just needs allow obscenity but institute a "Swear Jar" where each swear word on broadcast or cable TV requires a $100 deposit to the General Fund. Poof! Disappearing deficit!

How did lung damage compare between those who smoked only one cigarette a week and those who smoked only one joint a week?

Will we next read that eating only one donut a week induces less obesity compared to eating 6 donuts a day?

Who is doing research in Gabon? I would speculate this is funded by companies which are forbidden to conduct such research in their own companies. Is Gabon the country to which chimps are "rendered" for experimentation? I would like for the author to have discussed the situation in Gabon.

Good list of salient points missed by Hillary. I am not surprised she couldn't see or make these points. I am happy to see she didn't try to praise/appease her audience by pointing out:
1) Muslims are more efficient at killing innocent people in public places.
2) Muslims are more tolerent of differing viewpoints as evidenced by the fact that a crowd of Muslims would never tackle a shooter while he was trying to reload
3) Muslims would never accuse the Imam in the rival sect's mosque of inflammatory hate speech.

I see a lot of talk about "smart", "IQ", "intellectual superiority", but I have to wonder...in a list of folks who were/are of the true genius class, would I chose any of them to be the President? Albert Einstein? Stephen Hawking? Isaac Newton? William Thomson (Lord Kelvin)? Wm Shakespeare? Leonardo da Vinci?

In other words, are we sure "smartitude" correlates with being a good president?

"The Huffington Post called that passage 'racially charged.' " HuffPo was right, but for the wrong reasons. Jeremiah Wright is so racially focussed that any reference to him and his teachings is automatically racially charged, regardless of the race of the person commenting.
