What are they going to do when the talk is about "global cooling," which stories have already been reported! Climate change is continual. The earth has warming periods. The earth has cooling periods. Human activity does not impact those phenomena because there is a NATURAL cycle - on the order of 35 years! Guess what, in the late 1970's they were warning/scaring us about a coming ice age!!

These cycles have to do with SOLAR activity, i.e. sunspots for one, and the sun has been quiet the last couple of years. Also, the sun interacts with cosmic rays. The combined activity determines when there is cloud cover or not. If there is an increase in "global cloud cover" the earth "cools." If there is a decrease in "global cloud cover" the earth "warms."

This nothing more than making bad law based on junk science. If you want to look to the IPCC good luck that is NOT a scientific body. It is a political body that overrules the scientific evidence when it issues its reports.
